POLICIES

You must be 19 years of age to access UV Tanning. Proof of ID may be required.

  • Walk ins welcome

  • Appointment-Based Tanning Sessions for Bed 1&4 only:​

    1. Online booking must be done by clients

    2. Online bookings will allow you to book the bed of your choice

    3. Tan Fx has the right to change & modify your booking- Specifically if 24hrs is not completed between your bookings. Therefore, we advise bookings to be specific to the correct client name.

  • Important:

    • Late: If you are 10 minutes late, your booking may be given away.

    • No Show: Please courteously email us or cancel your tan if you are unable to come.

  • Client Cancellation: Clients will be able to cancel their session online.  

  • You may also email to cancel your sessions at: cancelmytan@gmail.com

  • Eyewear:

    1. Tan Fx will not be lending eye protection

    2. You may be required to show staff your eye protection

    3. If not, you can purchase reusable ones or disposables

  • ​We have the right to suspend or re-schedule your session if it is believed to be in the best interest of everyone working & visiting our salon.

  • Product Purchases:​

    1. Please ask staff for assistance, recommendations, and retrieval of your favorite products

    2. We continue to accept debit, credit, and cash forms of payment.  You can even
      e-transfer for purchases!

  • Membership Policies:

    • Memberships for services are 30 consecutive days from date of purchase.​

    • Memberships cannot be shared, and are for the account holder only.

    • Memberships (& their services) are nonrefundable.

    • Pre-existing clients with packages on their account are still valid.

    • Free products advertised with membership purchases are while quantities last.

  • Water: The water dispensing machine is removed.  Please bring your own beverage​.

  • You are encouraged to follow & read the new notice to ensure you understand the procedures

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase we will attempt to meet your needs, however refunds are not available.

  • TanFX reserves the right to protect staff from harassment, vulgar language, and behaviours that negatively impact our working conditions. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures which may be instances of client suspension.
